I previously created a post about this topic using YUI. But now that I’ve completed many projects using Ext.NET/Sencha ExtJS, I feel I can complete the same thing faster and simpler using ExtJS.

Compared to the YUI version, the ExtJS version is better because we can do filtering on each column. The code also much cleaner in ExtJS version.

I also updated the data. I removed codaset because they no longer online. I also added a new favourite of mine, BitBucket.

In an interview, basically there are three fundamental things that interviewer wants to know:

  1. Can you do the job?
  2. Will you love the job?
  3. Can we tolerate working with you?

And to correctly answer it we need to do three things:

  1. Think before we open our mouth
  2. Answer the asked question
  3. Bridge the answer to answering the underlying fundamental question
